Spidey's Next Adventure: What We Can't Wait to See on the screen in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse Movie!

Oscar Isaac, Issa Rae, Daniel Kaluuya, and Jason Schwartzman are among those who have been added to the Oscar-winning animated show However, there's a casting addition Sony Pictures is keeping under secret. That is the Scarlet Spider, a character who comic book enthusiasts of the world will recognize as Peter Parker's clone, Ben Reilly.

Talking to Total Film, director Joaquim Dos Santos told Total Film, "I can't wait for the public to hear who voice his character. It's not yet out however I am a huge fan of the character of our Scarlet Spider actor."



It's not outside the possibility the possibility that Scarlet Spider will be used to provide Tom Holland, Tobey Maguire or Andrew Garfield a voice cameo. However, it sounds like  Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse  will feature an even bigger role than the person who plays the version of the character...

Miles Morales returns for the next installment of the Oscar-winning Spider-Verse saga, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. After reuniting the two with Gwen Stacy, Brooklyn's full-time neighborhood's friendly Spider-Man is sucked into the Multiverse and is confronted by a group of Spider-People responsible for protecting the multiverse's very existence.



When the heroes come to blows over how to deal with the new challenge, Miles finds himself pitted against the other Spiders and is forced to redefine what it means to be a hero so he can save the people he loves most.

Today is Earth Day, an annual celebration that aims to bring attention to global issues and promote the steps needed to protect the environment. Yet, Sony Pictures Animation is making use of the occasion to promote Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse that takes place across multiple planets. On Twitter, the official Spider-Verse account has celebrated Earth Day by releasing four new images from the film, and each picture highlights an individual Earth.

The first picture is in Earth-1610, location of Miles Morales. If you look to the right-hand side of the picture you'll see Miles and Gwen having a flip moment.
